Our church family is celebrating the purchase of Grace Saratoga’s building! We are so incredibly excited and can’t wait to see all that God is going to continue to do through our church in the Saratoga community and beyond.

Below is a message from Saratoga Lead Pastor, Mike Adams.

Dear Grace Fellowship Saratoga family,

Greetings in Christ! God is doing great things in our church and in our community. If you were in church on Sunday, you heard the exciting news that we are in the process of purchasing the building we are currently leasing! On many levels, this is an unparalleled blessing that God has provided for our church. More than just the physical space of the building, purchasing this building communicates to our Saratoga community that we are here to stay and make a difference for Christ in this city. It also communicates solid financial stewardship of the resources God has blessed us with! God is doing great things in our midst and I’m so thankful for each of you for your partnership in the gospel of Christ. God is moving in Saratoga!

This great development leads us to ask good and strategic questions about how each of us can live out the mission of Grace Fellowship every day, given the miraculous ways that God keeps leading us.  Our mission statement is “To glorify God by making more and better disciples”.  How can we best live this mission out as a local church and as individuals following Christ?  There are many solid answers to that question, but I believe one of the ways it starts is by worshipping together and also by serving together.

Worshipping together for us starts on Sunday mornings but extends throughout our week in small groups, men’s ministry, women’s ministry, small groups, The Altar, mid-week events, and through many other opportunities that we have to worship God together. You will soon be hearing of more opportunities for us to worship together as a church.

Serving together is catalytic to growing us as disciples of Christ and it involves serving our local community through ministries like Grace in Action.  It also means that we serve one another through the many ministries of Grace Saratoga.  Serving together both outside in our community and inside our own church are essential to living out the mission that God has called us to.  In the coming weeks you’ll be hearing specifically about how to get involved in serving together as the church.

I’m so excited to be on this journey with you all!  I continue to be amazed at God’s grace to us and inspired by the ways He is leading us.  The purchase of this building is just the beginning of what God has in store for us.  Let’s join together in worship and service as we live out the amazing mission that we are called to!
