Saratoga Lead Pastor
Mike Adams is originally from Arlington, MA and currently lives in the Ballston Spa area with Lisa, his wife of 15 years, and their two boys, David (11) and Drew (9).
After graduating from high school Mike attended Gordon College, where he studied Youth Ministry and Biblical Theology Studies.
After college, Mike was hired by his home church, Grace Chapel in Lexington, MA as the Junior High Youth Pastor, spending five years there. He was then hired as the Youth Pastor at Grace Community Church in Chelmsford, MA. After another five years as a Youth Pastor, Mike transitioned into the Associate Pastor position. He enrolled at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, graduating in 2009 with his Masters of Arts in Theology. He continued on at Grace Community until God called him to a new place to serve.
Through networking connections, Mike was lead to Grace Fellowship, where he heard about the Lead Pastor position. In October 2012 he joined our team officially as the Lead Pastor of Grace Saratoga. Throughout his time here, Mike has come to truly appreciate the biblical basis and cultural relevance that Grace offers.
Pastor Mike is a huge baseball fan, and the Boston Red Sox are definitively his favorite team, especially since he comes from Red Sox Nation. In his free time, Mike enjoys running, working out, going to the beach, watching sports, and participating in anything his kids are doing. He hopes to one day travel to Israel and Rome to discover the “historical nature of biblical places,” as well as experiencing the thrill of skydiving. A life lived for God is a life well lived, and Pastor Mike plans to live it to the fullest.
