I’m truly struggling. I’ve relapsed into depression and lost all hope. Surviving each day has become so difficult. I don’t know how for long I can keep doing this. It hurts, everything hurts so badly. And I’m very tired. I can’t do it anymore. I beg for help, it’s too painful to carry on everyday. I’m sick of crying all day, im tired of lying in bed all day knowing I have so much to do but I just cant. Everything hurts, haven’t I suffered enough since my childhood, when is my turn to be happy or peaceful or anything good, im so tired lord, it hurts so much.
