Welcome to Grace Fellowship Halfmoon!

I’d like to take a moment and personally welcome you to the community here at Grace Halfmoon. Can I tell you something? I love our church! I’m not talking about the building, but rather, I’m talking about the people who make up the body of Christ here in the Halfmoon/Clifton Park area. They are some of the best people and families you will ever meet. They come from all different backgrounds and places, and it enriches the very fabric of our community.

Along with such diversity are also the wonderful stories and narratives that accompany them. And I’d like to think that we’re all sharing a similar narrative—“once I was lost, but now I’m found.” The very thing that binds us together is our common narrative of our need for Jesus, no matter the storylines that precede the here and now. We’re all on the same journey, and I invite you to join with us, as we strive to love God and love God’s people, and to make more and better disciples. This is what drives and inspires us!

No matter where you are on your spiritual journey, I hope you can call Grace Halfmoon home! Welcome!

Blessings in Christ,

Justin Yim

Amazing to pray for God's passion to be reflected in our own hearts! What a privilege to pray over the chairs and classrooms, that the people and families that will occupy them this year, come to know Jesus!

Would love for you to join us to be part of the prayer vigil at Grace Halfmoon! Consider joining us on Saturday, from 9:30 am in 30 minute increments! Just come and pray with us!!

Lay down the foundation of prayer! Hope to see you in the morning!!

What a POWERFUL night of prayer and worship we had at Grace Latham. Praying into all that God will do through our church in the Capital Region during the next 3 years.
