Alpha Pregnancy Care Center, commonly known as the “Alpha Center,” exists to be a refuge where individuals dealing with pregnancy issues can find unconditional love, acceptance and truthful counsel, reflecting God’s great love and respect for each individual.

Albany Center

Albany Serving Opportunities:

Childbirth Class Leader: Lead clients in education on pregnancy and childbirth
preparation in a classroom setting. Time requirement is prepping for class using
established curriculum and then teaching a 1 hour class.  Must be a nurse.

Parenting Class Leader: Lead clients through an established parenting class
curriculum. All training is provided. Must have your own computer and preferably
a gift of teaching. Total time commitment is approximately 1.5 hours, including
both class prep and teaching.

Cleaning: Volunteer to vacuum, sweep, clean bathrooms, and disinfect common
areas. Time commitment approximately 1-2 hours weekly.

Outside Clean-Up: Volunteer to clean up debris, leaves, weeds, etc. from the
parking lot area.  Time commitment approximately 2 hours each month.

Prayer Partner: Commit to pray for Alpha staff, clients, donors, and crisis
pregnancies.

Schenectady Center

Location: 967 Albany St, Schenectady

Cohoes Center

Location: 144 Remsen Street, Cohoes, NY

Cohoes Serving Opportunities:
