Sunrise Men’s Bible Study
What better way to start your new morning, and new week, than with time in God’s Word? This is an ongoing, year-round men’s bible study. We are currently engaged in studying the First and Second Letters of Peter. We meet in a hybrid format, welcoming people into a church classroom, as well as opening a zoom meeting to join in remotely. At the end of each meeting, we pray for one anothers’ needs and continue to pray for each other throughout the week.

ACTS: The Spread of the Gospel
The book of Acts is a carefully-recorded history of the explosive spread of the gospel and the rapid growth of the church after Christ’s ascension. In one of the most tumultuous, violent and dramatic books in the entire Bible, Acts starts with the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, without which the young church could never have survived the unleashing of rage and prejudice towards these radical followers of The Way.
Throughout Acts, God shows His infinite power regardless of the circumstances, just as He continues to do today.
This is an ongoing group but anyone is welcome to jump in!

Bible Doctrine: Essential Teachings of the Christian Faith
Deepen Your Comprehension of Life’s Most Important Theological Questions. How do we know the Bible is God’s Word? What is sin and where did it come from? How is Jesus fully God and fully man? What are spiritual gifts? When and how will Christ return? If you’ve asked questions like these, then systematic theology is no abstract term. It’s an approach to finding answers every Christian needs to know.

Enduring, resilient, courageous—these are qualities we want to describe our faith in God. But the truth is that faith is hard, especially when trials, setbacks, and failures seem to define us. Through this study of Hebrews 11 and the early church, you’ll see that you can become the woman who weathers the storms of life with renewed strength and confidence in who God is and who He says you are.

Often, Christians focus so much on being loving and unselfish that they forget their own limits and limitations. In this study, Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend offer biblically-based answers to the tough questions, showing us how to set healthy boundaries with our parents, spouses, children, friends, co-workers, and even ourselves.
