God of the Word: Beginnings

GOD of the WORD is a series of Bible studies that takes you through the Bible from beginning to end. The systematic approach highlights the overall story of the Bible, encourages application to everyday life, and is helpful to anyone, whether they have never opened a Bible or have studied it for many years. The GOTW format encourages students to dig into Bible passages for themselves before reading commentary or hearing teaching on it. This start-on-your-own approach allows an understanding of the passages to develop progressively, an ideal way to learn and deepens personal conviction that God’s word is indeed living and active.

Tuesdays at 6:30 pm (Starts 1/24)

The World of the End

In this study bestselling author, pastor, and respected Bible teacher Dr. David Jeremiah focuses our attention not on the problems at hand, but on the hand of God. That’s because Jesus Himself told us what to expect from this season of history when He delivered His Olivet Discourse—a significant sermon that scholars have called “the most important single passage of prophecy in all the Bible.”

Marriage Ministry: What Did You Expect?

Somehow, someway, every marriage becomes a struggle. Everyone’s marriage morphs into something they didn’t intend it to be. At some point you need something sturdier than romance. You need something deeper than shared interests and mutual attraction. You need changed expectations, you need radical commitments, and, most importantly, you need grace.

Unspeakable Sins

What ever happened to sin? Have we become so preoccupied with the major sins of our society that we have lost sight of our need to deal with our own, more subtle sins? The Bible takes us on an epic journey from our brokenness and death to restoration and life. It describes the story of a king of an amazing Kingdom, who gives his life to save ours.
