I was seeing a nice guy who is a believer and he broke up with me over text stating that he was too busy for a relationship. I just saw him kissing someone else and I am completely devastated and heartbroken because he’s been lying to me for weeks. He doesn’t seem to care at all what this has done to me and never had the decency to be honest with me when I had asked him. I am a head volleyball coach I have been coaching volleyball for more than 30 years and been very successful I am having trouble with my assistant coach, he is being in insubordinate, he has never coach volleyball the real way only just toss the ball out and sit an watch and doesn't now the skills or even the game. He is tell me and girls that I do not know what I am doing. He keep saying just pass it over the net or transition and hitting does really matter. He is a softball coach but I need help either he humbles himself and follows my lead or is removed from the position. In order for us to turn the program around we need to do the basics skills and learn how the game is played He did this last year too but I thought I could convince him that there is a correct way of coaching volleyball and he needs to fall into line but he is not willing to learn or change
