My infant daughter is being attacked spiritually. Every time she falls asleep our neighbors downstairs drop things, begin yelling, run and slam doors etc. we’ve talked to the neighbors and have asked them to be mindful that we have an infant. They’re unresponsive, even after we’ve purchased them something to help. We’ve talked with our landlord about this issue but we believe now the only thing that can be done is prayer.
