I need help dealing with an extremely cruel employer that makes unrealistic demands. Even with long-term, near-perfect performance, and having an hourly quota raised continuously until it's impossible to meet without harming oneself.
So as a consequence of being unable to meet the demand, they have slashed my hours to one-forth. I am not able to support myself on 20 hours per month. I am very burnt out and have given my all to this job
.
We are being paid near the minimum wage in this economy. I have bills and housing, utilities, etc. to pay for, and I live in unsafe housing or am near homeless. I have tried for many, many years to obtain other employment, but only received many rejections. I need a financial miracle, wisdom, and a much better, non-abusive job.
