Lower sea surface temps make less violent storms..Father, thank You for hearing our prayers.We confess that the sea surface temperature in the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of America will not rise above 80 degrees. We decree that the wind shear in the Atlantic will cut any storms off in the development stage and hinder vertical rings of clouds from forming. We confess that the barometric pressure
and air density will not drop to a level that would allow violent storm and hurricane disturbances. We declare calm weather.
