Dear God, I have praying for quite some time now for breakthrough in my spiritual life. You know everything about me, you know my prayer. You know what I am asking for, and I thank you for all the prayers from others and I thank you for putting it on their hearts to pray for me. I am grateful for this and I pray you bless them all with their needs and requests and bring us all the breakthrough we need. I am sorry for allowing distance and worldly temptation and sin to come between us and I thank you Jesus for going to the Cross and shedding your blood and giving your life for all of us. Keep me diligent in seeking you God and in prayer, restore me in all ways. Restore my hope and increase my faith in You. I ask you now to bring the breakthrough, God, as I can do nothing without You. I have been ill for a very long time. And on and off it has kept me from being there in person. Please pray for me as I am now diagnosed with a terminal condition effecting a few of my organs.
