I'm asking for prayers to deal with the social anxiety caused by my mind. I have an obsessive mind, tending to focus on negative thoughts. Because someone said my right shoulder looks disproportionate to the left, it crossed my mind that I walk wrong, like an aberration. Then, I started to get nervous and try to fix it, but I become stiff and tense and afraid that others are noticing and judging. I feel weak, the tension makes my shoulders hurt a lot, and I'm avoiding going out because of it. Please pray for me to be freed from these thoughts. I appreciate your prayer."
