We have a 5 month old baby. My husband and I are trying to help her to sleep through the night. We are following a method but he isn’t adhering to it and it is hindering us. It’s not on purpose he just naturally is used to choosing to do whatever works faster rather than following a procedure. He’s also not attentive generally so this is hard for him. But we’re 5 months in and really need improvement for him to be able to respond to our child’s needs promptly and with tenderness of serving and teaching her to sleep through the night. When he is groggy he asks every single time we wake what he’s supposed to do and I’ve made a chart he’s just that groggy and cloudy. Prayer for clarity of mind, heart to serve, ability to move promptly and remember what to do.
