2022 Year End Giving FAQ
When is the last weekend service that will count for my 2022 year-end gift?
The last in-person Sunday services of the 2022 calendar year will be held on December 18th. Our Christmas Eve Services will be held at all three Campuses on December 24th at 2:00 PM, 3:30 PM, and 5:00 PM. There will be no in-person services on December 25th, Christmas morning.
Can I drop off my donation at the church office?
Yes, donations can be dropped off at the Halfmoon and Saratoga campus offices through Thursday, December
29th and the Latham Campus office through Friday December 30th
Last day of the year Campus Office Hours:
● Latham: Friday, December 30th, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
● Halfmoon: Thursday, December 29th, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
● Saratoga: Thursday, December 29th, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
I cannot make it to the weekend service on the 18th nor can I make it to the church office by the 29th or 30th. If I date my check in December, but bring it in January, will it still count for 2022?
No. In-person donations received after December 29th or 30th, regardless of check date, do not qualify for a 2022 donation.
Can I mail my donation?
Checks can be mailed to any campus but must be postmarked by December 31st or earlier in order to qualify as a 2022 donations.
If I mail my check before December 31st, but it has a January 2023 date can that qualify for a 2022 donation?
Checks received before December 31st but postdated for after December 31st, do not qualify for a 2022 donation.
Can I donate online for my 2022 year end gift?
YES! Online giving is the easiest and best way to give. Online donations can be made on December 31st and will still qualify for the 2022 calendar year. As long as your online donation is scheduled for a date in December 2022, it will count for 2022 regardless of when it physically comes out of your bank account.
