Pray for all three of us in this situation, please. I'm a news reporter. I've been covering a story where a Mom says her daughter has been being sold into human trafficking from out of her group home. The girl was taken out of her home because her Mom's husband beat up her Mom. So, Mom says that the girl escape the traffickers one day and came to her in another town, scared, hungry, and forced to take drugs. Mom asked me to please help with a hotel room so she could stay there and take her daughter to a clinic to be tested medically.
When all of this happened, I understood that the Mom had legal rights to see the girl and be with her. DCF came and took her back and told me I could be charged with aiding and abetting crimes because I helped pay for the hotel when Mom has a no contact order. I didn't know anything about that at all so I did not do that, but I am praying to please be spared from criminal charges, because how could it be a crime to help a hungry family get shelter? Please pray for them to be delivered. Pray for us because the people in DCF are tormenting us with threats and this has disrupted our peace and shattered the Mom's soul. Mom says that she does not have a no contact order, so I don't know which is true, as Mom is a bit not totally well in her mental health.
The girl is also sick, going hungry, and escapes the men who are abusing you. She slept on the street for 30 days to get free of them. Last Mom learned, the girl is believed to have run away again, and could get hurt worse now that she has escaped again. She's also not sure if she went to jail for something, possibly the drugs they made her start taking in slavery.
Pray for all of us that God shows us mercy because we are really suffering because of this. We didn't knowingly do anything wrong. She loves animals, she's a wonderful musician, and she wanted to be a criminal investigator when she grew up. Please don't forget her, she's a good girl with a good heart and did not deserve to become a slave of adult men who are using her body against her will.
